DIY paper bag cookie favors

Here is what I did with the leftover paper bag scraps from the wedding shower favors that I made the other night. I didn't want to waste the top half that I cut off and they looked so natural and pretty, I figured I could do something crafty with them. (Go here to see what I originally did with the bottom half):

I used the same concept of using dry transfer rub on letters. I used a coin to rub them on:











I taped the bottom half with clear tape. I think that washi tape would look awesome and very colorful too!

I cut both ends of the tape so that there is no extra tape hanging over. Neat....





Tada!!! The finished products. I plan to fill them with something yummy and delightful... COOKIES!

Favor bags are fun! They remind me of being a little kid again. The excitement of picking a bag out, opening it and seeing what's inside. You don't need a special occasion to hand them out.
